New England Appliance does not sell used appliances, up to and including our S&D merchandise. All S&D appliances are tested and inspected by our experienced, certified in-house technicians prior to them going to our sales floor.

Do S&D appliances carry any sort of guarantee?

Every single S&D appliance carries its full manufacturer's (1 year) warranty. It's exactly the same warranty as it would be new & boxed! You can purchase an extended warranty on all S&D appliances!

Where does the S&D stock come from?

New England Appliance works directly with only manufacturer-certified S&D distribution centers. New England Appliance has maintained a close relationship with these industry-leading manufacturers for decades, which ensures that we will have ample supply of S&D product for years to come!

How much am I saving if I purchase a S&D appliance?

The markdown varies from item to item, but generally you will save up to 40% or more instantly! All S&D items are labeled with the marked down price.

If I'm buying a kitchen set, can I mix and match New and S&D items and still get the "package price"?

Absolutely! Package pricing refers to extra savings on New items when you purchase them in a set of 3 or more. We always encourage you to take advantage of our S&D stock so that you're getting what you want for the very best price!

Can I purchase S&D appliances over the phone?

We strongly advise against phone sales unless you have signed off on the Scratch & Dent Check Sheet saying you have noted the imperfections on the item. We welcome you to inspect the piece from top to bottom so that you know its precise condition before you make your decision to purchase.

How often do you receive S&D trucks?

New England Appliance has about 2 or 3 S&D trucks per week consisting of about 50-60 pieces on each, which means that if we don't have what you are looking for today, we just might have it on our next truck!
