I have been dealing with this company for many years & the staff have always treated me with respect, like you would family, I have never just been another customer. The staff is knowledgeable & have always appreciated how valuable my time is.********************************** I WOULD NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN !!!!!!!!! Ispent over $6000.00 there in 2008. It was the biggest mistake I ever made !!! nothing but problems Buyer Beware!!

I don’t usually leave reviews as I typically don’t have experiences with companies that I find worth leaving a review for and/or where I would feel comfortable recommending a company. New England Appliance is an exception to this! From start to finish I had a great experience with them. My husband and I were shopping around for a new refrigerator. I called multiple local companies regarding the same refrigerator and while I got similar responses/prices, I had the nicest customer service from Dave at New England Appliance. I knew which company I would go with just based off my interactions with Dave (customer service can make or break a sale for me). Dave is extremely kind and knowledgeable on all different refrigerators. He was happy to share his thoughts on certain brands and I felt he was very honest. I never felt pushed or pressured into a sale; he was happy to order whatever fridge we wanted whether it was more expensive or cheaper. They price match to other companies so you never have to feel awkward about asking, they happily do it! We had some hiccups with our order (nothing to do with New England Appliance, I just chose a difficult to get fridge) and Dave kept me up to date the whole time. I never had to bug him for information. The delivery was great. John and his partner arrived within the window of time that was scheduled. John was friendly and knowledgeable. They were quick and efficient. There was a tiny issue at delivery and John dealt with it immediately. He made it so painless and easy. He cleaned up after installation and taught me that stainless steel cleaner was meant to be used with the grain (I had no idea). I really feel valued as a customer at New England Appliance. New England Appliance is now the company I will turn to for any of my appliance needs and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone! You will not regret choosing them over another company!

I recently purchased 5 Appliances from New England Appliance, a Refrigerator, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher and Dryer. The service was fabulous and Jeff was very knowledgeable, kind and patient. I never once felt pressured. He also informed us of rebates and the process to redeem. DELIVERY: Three days later on a horribly rainy and windy day my appliances were Delivered And I cannot praise Drew, Michael and Jared enough. They removed my old appliances and installed the new ones perfectly. I must add that I had a huge refrigerator that they needed to move to the basement. It was a very tight squeeze, however, they never complained and were determined to get it downstairs and they found a way...... I cannot thank or praise them enough. I highly recommend N.E. Appliance and all the people we dealt with!

We just purchased our first home! Our main concern is our existing kitchen. Choosing to remodel has been a process. Today we were out all day looking at cabinets, tiles, flooring, and fixtures. This was an exhausting process with not much luck. We decided to make our last stop New England Appliance— and we are glad we did. We browsed for a bit until we were approached by a very enthusiastic staff member tossing out dad jokes, Larry. He brought my husband and I through every make and model we requested. While he was a fan of the Fridgeaire appliances, he always gave us his honest option about our preferences. Larry is great at what he does. He makes jokes, shares his personal stories, and makes this big purchase seem not so scary. On top of this, he also shared with us the best ways to save money, which is important to a newly married couple. While we had eyes bigger than our wallets, he showed us the best alternative to our ideas. If you are visiting New England appliance ask for Larry ! He turned our whole day around and made us excited about our kitchen again!

Our gas cooktop needed urgent replacement. We needed a very specific make and model, Bosch 500 series, to fit the existing cutout in our granite countertop. Tried all the major box stores and several companies online- no one had it in stock or with any kind of timely delivery date. We literally physically stumbled upon New England Appliance and went in on a whim. Josh was extremely helpful, found the exact cooktop, was able to get it delivered to the store for pickup the next day, and called us exactly when promised to let us know it was in. The worker at the loading dock put in in the back of our car and off we went. Great service and follow through. Great price too- matched the best price we saw online. Will definitely use them for all our future needs.

Knowledgeable, fast, huge inventory and price matching. I needed a specifically sized dishwasher for a vacation rental house on the Cape. The Big Box stores could get it but I would take up to a week; I needed it immediately, no one goes on vacation to do dishes...New England Appliance had it in stock and price matched the Big Box store. Over the years I have made several purchases of different types of appliances and New England Appliance always come through.

I called last night about a replacement part for my dryer and they asked if I could come in with it to have a look and see if they could match it. I walked in today around noon time and everyone greeted me with a smile on their face and made me feel welcome. I mentioned that I had called earlier and that I needed a replacement part and a gentleman stepped right up and told me to follow him. He took me right to the back where we spoke with another man in the back room and they both immediately starting searching for the part. They found it very quickly and had me in and out in about 10 mins. My experience was awesome and highly recommend this place to everyone and anyone.

This is a VERY good place to purchase all kinds of appliances: stoves, refrigerators, washing machines & dryers. They may have a small bump/ding on them but nothing that would stop their working ability. The prices are quite reasonable. I have enjoyed the appliances I have purchased here over the years. They deliver.

Larry and his team at New England appliance are top notch. I am a tough customer and cannot say enough about how great Larry is. I had purchased a dent and scratch refrigerator with no dents or scratches! Prices are excellent and service is very professional. Larry stands behind his products and does the right thing if there's an issue. Delivery was fast and efficient as well, especially great they were able to navigate a tight stairway to a second floor condo.

We have purchased all of our appliances for a complete redo of our home.Some issues came up that needed attention.Not all that were from the fault of New England Appliance.But Larry Terrio the sales manager jumped right in to help us.He went way beyond what you would find in any store you could buy anywhere.He was always there to answer all of concerns.He also got the right people to help us to help us when we needed help.I had been in auto sales for over 40 years and he would be the best when it came to helping anyone before and after the sale.I have recommended him to all my friends when I talk to them about New England Appliance and about Larry.

We had a really good experience at New England Appliance. We were greeted right when we walked in the door with our toddler in tow. They had a freezer full of ice pops, dum Dums, a coloring table and play kitchen. Lifesavers when shopping with a two year old! We told Larry L. that we were looking for a dishwasher, but wanted something budget friendly. He showed us a good selection in the scratch and dent area, discussed the features they offered etc. It was all very low pressure and easy. We chose a scratched model (barelyvisible) for a deep discount. They loaded it up in my car and off we went. Would definitely return!

I was desperate for a freezer as mine was on the fritz and failing fast, of course, close to Fourth of July. I could not get a brand new freezer from anyone (Sears, Best Buy, etc.) because all the trucks were full so it would be 4-5 days. I couldn't wait. I needed it ASAP. I was able to go into NE Appliance at 7:30 in the evening and purchase a dent and scratch. I have purchased here before and it had no marks; this one had more than a few dents on the side, but the one on the door bothered me most. They sold it to me at their cost, which I am grateful for, as I needed it ASAP. I would recommend this company highly. I have had several purchases here and have always been satisfied. Thank you.

I bought a washer and dryer and when they were delivered the dryer was to wide for the space. The driver called from the truck to see if there was another dryer made by the same company as the washer that would fit. There wasn't one. Put them back on the truck told me to go over and the person to see. They could not have been any nicer or more helpful! Great service all around..

Again!! Â New England Appliance saved the day for me! Â Got back from vacation on Thursday and literally my fridge sounded like a helicopter in the kitchen!! I called them right away. Â Even though I didn't buy this fridge from them..all my appliances are from them in my kitchen and have warranties from them and I totally trust them! Â I just filled my fridge with 200.00 worth of groceries! Â I was worried I was going to lose them. Â They sent some out right away! They need to order parts that are going to take a few days. Â However, they did get the noise to stop and finagle it enough to keep cool until the parts arrive! Â I happen to really like this place..I won't go anywhere else! Â Thank you!!

Great experience from the sale to the delivery. This review is mainly for the delivery crew which did an amazing job delivering my fridge up 4 flights of stairs. I originally ordered a fridge from Lowe's but after the terrible customer service and awful experience with the delivery team, I requested a refund and headed to NE Appliance. I had heard from a friend that they had good prices and the best delivery team...well they didn't let me down. Jay and Andrew did an awesome job bringing the new fridge up and the old one down. I will definitely go to them again for future appliances needs.

This place is awesome! The sales people were very helpful and never too pushy. They even beat Sears' price for the fridge I bought!! I went in there not knowing what I really wanted, and I left there with a kitchen set that was perfectly customized to me :) Overall the process was super easy, fast, and affordable! If your looking to save A LOT of money (if you buy scratch and dent of course) then this is the best place to do so!
