Love just about everything about this range! The convection oven is the best on the market in opinion! The only thing I would change is a higher BTU griddle and the oven timer does not remember last setting, defaults to "oven off", messed up a couple dinners, so I don't use it, I forget to reset it.

I've had fun baking and cooking in the oven. It bakes and convection bakes great. The top cooktop on the range is hard to clean and scratches easily. You have to clean it immediately after cooking. I feel like I'm always cleaning the range top but in its defense it's stainless . You can't remove the knobs and there are fine particles that drop into rubber trim areas. I have to use a toothbrush. Instructions are difficult to find on line. So I still haven't used the probe or airfry. I ran self clean once so far it cleaned ok. The burners heat are perfect. I've been making a lot of soups and the burners size are great.

I do love a lot of the features of this range. The cooktop is great and easy to clean. Blue light up knobs for safety which is great. One caveat…for some reason if you select the auto conversion for the convection cooking, you loose the ability to low broil. I had to create a "favorite setting" to get the low broil to work. But that's an ok workaround.

I bought this directly from Samsung and it was delivered in a few days. Unfortunately there was a dent in the door. Ugh. After almost a month of dealing with Samsung service, ugh ugh, a service person arrived and replaced the door. Now for the actual range and oven. I haven't used every feature but this range ROCKS! I love everything about it. Everything I've baked or cooked has come out perfectly. No need to spend more for an oven. Oh and the temp probe works great also. Love love love this range. Samsung customer service, not so much.

good over. terrible iot device. the wifi connectivity does not stay connected. unit was serviced and radio + replaced. it won't connect to most wireless networks, and when you do get it to connect (by dumbing down the connection as much as you can), it will not stay connected. i've tried different access points, and even tried 2 different isps. i expected much more from a supposed technology company. super disappointed. will be my last samsung appliance. even the technician told me not to bother with the connected features. they just don't work.

I just got the stove delivered today. There is a nice dent on the side of the stove. I'm trying to get in touch with customer service. They are busy and I'm waiting for someone to respond to the chat support. I don't like the gap in the back between my stove and wall. I'm have to order the 4"back. I'm just hoping it will look okay. To soon to tell about the way it cooks. They didn't give me enough time to test the stove out and see how customer service helps me. I had to get the review in by today.

Pros: Slick looking Blue light on knobs: not only beautiful but also serves as a reminder that it's ON! Cons: -extremely hard to clean: the back fan grid is permanently attached so can't clean any the info that get stuck in there. Front rubber strip collects a lot of food and can't clean it. -cheaply built: the materials are super light except for the cast iron griddle -it's too high tech for every day use -loud noise when turning on burners to high heat

Went from electric to gas after my glass top cracked and is discontinued. Was never a fam of gas but since they have changed tremendously I was going back and forth with LG or Samsung. Samsung had more options than LG plus I have a Samsung phone so that is what I went with. Lovi g that I can now use cast iron pans and love the cast iron grill in center of stove. Have not tried the air fryer but can't wait to use it. That was another selling point. I also purchased a dishwasher and wash machine from Samsung.com at great prices and had also gotten a dryer from best buy. All Samsung and loving them!! Thank you for making great products

Significant upgrade from my old electric stove

compared to my old electric stove, this is a significant upgrade. the gas is so powerful and provides amazing cooking. the wifi capabilities seem mostly gimicky and not something i expect to use, but time will tell. cleanup is very easy except for one area; which is the only negative i can think of. Design of the display panel (surrounding the knob) is bad, regarding clean up. The shiny material is a magnet for constant smudges and using a towel to wipe causes the display to activate and select random settings. Even just pushing "off" when finished cleaning to clear the settings leaves a finger print on the Off button. So even after cleaning this display area it is never fully clean. Other than that, this is an amazing appliance.

i have had this for two months and so far so good with the gas drop in range. easy to use and the smart dial is a nice feature. as to wifi, the smart control feature does not stay connected. each time you open the oven door or make an adjustment, the smart control feature sops and you can't use it. i have to remember to turn it back on each time i close the oven, pain in the butt. adapting air fryer recipes for the air fryer feature on this range is difficult as times and temperatures don't match recipes and usually takes twice as long. wish there were recipes, specific to this oven for the air fryer feature. other than that, i have really enjoyed it.

We really appreciate this gas range! Wonderful features, a pleasure to work with. Only two things i would change: i would increase the volume on the timer. Its barely audible even when in the room. I would have the burner controls also lock when the control panel is locked. The burners have been accidentally turned on even when the controls are locked. Overall, we would definitely buy this product again. We also purchased a Samsung microwave and found it to be a great value.

We've been using this for about 6 months. And my only complaints so far are the auto defrost, it'll start the defrost for 30 seconds, then stop, and you have to press start again? And then the oven timer, there's no function to start the countdown once it reaches the desired temperature, instead you'll just have to account for all of that include it in the timer. Overall Great Range!

I was looking for a range upgrade from my ancient freestanding Kenmore during a kitchen renovation. This range works and looks great, really does everything I need it to. The blue light around the ring is a life-saver (perhaps literally) - when the flame is on the lowest setting and hard to see I've been know to leave it on by mistake, but that is not a worry with the bright blue ring light. We have a baby in the house so this feature convinced my wife, you can also lock the oven door for curious hands. Note, the oven door does not get hot when the oven is at temperature, so this helps too. Haven't yet used all the features but the temperature probe is accurate and helps cook your roast to a perfect temperature. My only issue with it is that it seems to turn off the heat once temperature is reached, I would like an alarm and the temperature be maintained (maybe I am just missing a setting option). The bottom drawer is much more spacious than it looks. The Kenmore drawer was approx. 4* taller but we can fit more into the Samsung's. The double-burner is great, gets to a high temperature very quickly. Have used it a few times to see a steak in a cast iron griddle and gets the job done. I used the middle griddle once for this too but it was not hot enough to get a great sear (it works, but nowhere near as hot as the double-burner). The cast iron top is great at preventing pans from sliding - my old range would let the pans spin if I am stirring one-handed. A few more fun features are an auto-temp adjust from conventional to convection cooking e.g. if a recipe calls for 400°F, you can set convection 400°F and it will auto-adjust to 375°F for you. I have a Samsung TV connected to SmartThings that gives an alert on the TV saying when the oven is at temperature (and a ping on my phone too). Note, the gas oven cannot be pre-heated remotely for safety reasons, you can send temp instructions and somebody in the house can just hit start but that's about the extent of remote control. Overall very satisfied with this. Also helps that it's a very pretty oven, it does get comments from people when they first see it. Oven heats up very quickly, all the burners bring pans to temp quickly and evenly, would certainly recommend.

Great Stove - oven not so much

i love the stovetop..it works great. i haven't been able to use the oven since it was installed in may. it doesn't reach temp. i have contacted samsung and 8 tech visits later and still no oven. i researched this oven and loved all the features even the price wasn't to bad. i would like to have this exchanged for a working oven but samsung has not stepped up with that offer. i wouldn't buy this oven again knowing that i would have to go thru this hassle trying to get it working.

So she arrived just before ? Easter and was perfect timing for a feast. Air fried some yummy sweet potatoes, asparagus and made a huge pot of mac and cheese...easy clean up!! Husband made pancakes on the griddle and did.some convection oven baking (accidently) with the ham...all delicious! Easy to use, sweet features and cannot wait to cook some more!!

From the very beginning, the Samsung 6.0 cu. ft. front Control Slide-in Gas Range met my expectations, and I couldn't be happier with its fingerprint-resistant stainless steel design. And the 22K BTU Dual-Ring Brass Power Burner performance when quickly boiling water for my kid's pasta. The initial setup was a breeze. I downloaded the Samsung SmartThings app onto my iPhone, which allows me to control the WiFi-enabled gas range while sitting on the couch watching Netflix. The Smart Dial gives me the ability to choose what baking mode I want and temp quickly. While the SmartThings app provides alert notifications to keep me informed of my cooking time. I cannot recommend enough of the Samsung 6.0 cu. ft. front Control Slide-in Gas Range as it is the perfect upgrade if you are looking for a sleek modern gas range that pretty much does it all, including air frying your food.

We are so delighted with our new Samsung slide-in range with Smart Dial and air fry. We recently remodeled the kitchen and decided on this new range. It is very modern and sleek. The built in range is easy to use with many different setting from bread proofing to air fry to dehydrate and everything in-between. It was extremely easy to get use to and really no manual was needed. The stovetop is easy to clean and the oven has self clean option as well. The only thing is that there is about a 3 inch space between the back wall and the stove so just be aware of that gap. I fortunately extended the countertop to hide this space because of the gas line. We are completely satisfied with the quality and look of the stainless steel Samsung range with wifi. It is easy to pair with the Smart Things App as we have many appliances and are all connected via this app. You can check the app if the stove or range is on or even change temperature. I highly recommend this range and it makes life easier.

the 1 feature i wish was available in lower end models the led lighting for the knobs. i don't care about the wifi features (im an it geek) as someone who has accidentally burnt their hand 2 times in 30 yrs thinking the stove was off, the little light that i can see that tells me knob is not in the fully off position is a simple yet powerful upgrade. i look forward to the whole oven air fryer feature. child locks are super plus. lets see what the next few years bears out on this upgraded stove

Incredibly Intuitive Controls

i've had my range now for about three months and i must say that i am quite impressed with the ease of use. the smart control dial makes it a snap to set the desired functions and so far this unit has performed flawlessly every time. i haven't had a chance to use all of the functions to date but i'm looking forward to exploring what this range can do. lastly, it's sometimes a small feature that makes a big difference and the backlit control knobs are just such a feature. i love how easy it is to see when a burner is still on which is huge when a pot or pan is removed in a hurry, just take a quick glance and you'll know. thank you samsung for making a solid product.
