My wife and I went to an appliance store to purchase a French door refrigerator. I had done a lot of research and narrowed the choices to LG, GE, and Frigidaire. I noticed that Frigidaire models tended to be less expensive than LG's and GE's similar models. Costs are important but reliability is even more important. I also noticed that Frigidaire's reliability was as good if not better than their competition. In the showroom a Frigidaire Profession French door refrigerator was positioned next to a Monogram Refrigerator. I compared the two refrigerators and found the features and the quality to be very similar even though the Monogram was over twice the price of the Frigidaire. Ultimately it came down to a LG model, a GE Profile model and the Frigidaire Professional model. I told my wife to pick the one she liked the most and she picked the Frigidaire. Since that was the one I would have picked it was an easy choice. After seeing the Frigidaire in our kitchen a close friend of ours liked it so much she is going to purchase the same one. We are very happy with our purchase.

We were able to get a new Frigidaire professional for 45% off and rebates from Frigidaire and our utility provider. Refrigerators have come a long way in terms of features and storage options. Features you wouldn™™t know you would miss, but still nice to have if you™™re upgrading to a new unit. Always find Frigidaire products to be a good value and reliable.

This refrigerator has plenty of space, the 2 crisper drawers too (yay, the celery fits in it!). It's easy to keep clean (both inside and out - although the outside seems to resist any fingerprints!). The moveable door bins make it easy to customize.

This refrigerator is great, this is our third counter depth refrigerator in our home with having issues with 2 different brands prior to purchasing this Frigidaire. The layout of the offset doors is great allowing us to open one or the other for access opposed to having to open both more often on a standard split door. The dual icemakers are great providing plenty of ice. The overall layout has been great fitting everything we need in a counter depth refrigerator as opposed to challenges we had with the other two brands.

Fridge caught Fire!

FRIDGE CAUGHT FIRE! Be warned! We purchased this fridge in October 2020. We started seeing the fridge act up the first of Jan 2025. (Just over 4yrs old). It was giving a ™CE™ error code, as well as it would beep and say power outage when we didn™™t have a power outage. The ice machine randomly then stopped working (this all happen within about four days timeframe). Each time we could reset the fridge by the door panel. Then we woke up to it all light up on the water dispenser and said high heat warning. The inside now stopped cooling and the plastic white on the inside seemed to be very warm. We unplugged it. Called RC Willey (thank goodness we bought the extended warranty) , tech comes out and plugs it in and within about 2-3mins I see smoke, he jumps behind the fridge to unplug it quickly. IT CAUGHT FIRE!! It was the panel on the flex drawer (top) He said he™™d never seen this happen. He recommended a full fridge replacement and RC Willey was quick to give us a full refund of the original price back plus the tax we paid via in store credit. They did offer an exchange of the same fridge and I said no, I wouldn™™t be able to sleep at night wondering about the fridge catching fire. I™™m so thankful this happen after the holidays and we were home!! This easily could have burnt down our home. I™™m taking the time to write this so the company and look into this problem, I would hate for anyone to lose their home over this malfunction of some sort.

Our new home required a counter depth refrigerator. I was a little concerned it would not be big enough. I have been pleasantly surprised. The fridge section has ample space because it is so organized. The extra drawer supplements any additional needs. I will say the freezer space is a little smaller but most of the time it's only the two of us. The appliance looks great! We have received compliments on it.

When I moved into my new home in 2016 the builder included lovely Frigidaire Professional appliances. A quietly efficient dishwasher, a spacious microwave, and a 5-burner stove and oven combination. But sadly, no refrigerator. With all the moving expenses and a workable, though outdated refrigerator, I chose to forgo one more purchase. It was a long 8 year wait but now that's over! My new refrigerator arrived on Tuesday and what a beauty! Space is cleverly used and though over the years I have had larger refrigerators in terms of cubic feet, I believe this machine actually refrigerates and freezes more food. The push button controls are intuitive and easy to use. I know it is silly to claim I'm in love with a refrigerator but here's the simple truth. I am.

So far this has been a great purchase. The refrigerator is a bit smaller than the one I replaced but feels more roomy inside, maybe due to the style of having one door larger than the other. The side shelves are deep and one is extendable which I find very convenient. The dual ice makers make plenty of ice. The water dispenser does have a loud click when released and when it finishes filling for the ice production, it isn't loud enough to be annoying. I have no regrets. It is a sleek design and it does repel finger prints! I purchased this at Best Buy and as well as a 3 year extended warranty.

My only real con is the ice maker, it does a 8/10 job overall, it's ability to replenish quickly is my only real gripe as we typically go through alot of ice in a given day.

We replaced a Viking 7 series with this Frigidaire unit. Although the Viking was substantially taller, this Frigidaire has so much more room inside. Additionally, the French door is much more usable than the very slab sided huge Viking door. Beyond that, it seems to be holding temperature nicely. The wife and I have remarked that "I love our new refrigerator" a few times to each other. That's how much we like the Frigidaire better than the Viking. We have only had it a couple of weeks, but so far so good. Since we are in love with the design, we hope that this Frigidaire lasts a long time.

Surprisingly, we can not find anything negative to say about this Frigidaire model, which replaced a short- lived Bosch and a KitchenAid before that. We love the offset door design, how easily the big door handles work and the fact that the stainless steel is so easy to keep clean. This goes for the water and ice dispensers, too. A great refrigerator. Buy it!

This refridgerator has so many new features. There are tons of compartments to help you keep your food easy to see and organized. I love the extra drawer that gives you the option of being part of the refridgerator or a freezer. A special feature is the lighting that brightens slowly as you open the door and the side lights help you see in the drawers without having to open them.. Most of all I love the extra ice maker in the freezer,

This Frigidaire refrigerator has a sleek appearance and a thoughtfully designed interior. The two ice dispenser/collection areas are a bonus, as wells as the top drawer freezer vs refrigerator option. Exceeded our expectations.
