I am so happy with this refrigerator. All of the components are all solid quality. I love the stylish design and no smudge finish. There is so much more space than our last refrigerator even though it is the same size. The multi-purpose drawer is so spacious and useful. What a brilliant design idea. I would definitely recommend this refrigerator.

We upgraded from a 20+ year old side by side by a different manufacturer. It had done its job with zero complaints, so this replacement has a high bar to reach. About a year ago we bought a Frigidaire upright freezer for a seasonal property, and it has been fantastic, so we decided to look at Frigidaire for our home. We were real hesitant about this style because I don't want to create freezer dumping ground where everything gets buried. This middle drawer is fantastic. We have set it for Freezer temps, and are using it for our vacuum sealed meats, leftovers and other smaller items. The fridge itself is laid out well, with more shelf variability than many other competing models that we looked at in this process. Time will tell on durability/reliability, but so far so great!

With 3 boys in the house, including 2 with autism, we struggled to find a refrigerator that met all of our needs (i.e., would withstand slammed doors, resist fingerprints, make it easy to access preferred foods/drinks). It has taken a couple of weeks to adjust to a new layout of goods within our refrigerator, but we've been quite happy with our purchase so far. It has great thermal control and is incredibly quiet. We love that the ice maker produces small cubes versus the larger traditional crescent shapes. The only thing we struggled with was finding places for some of our larger beverage containers (e.g., tea pitcher). When we put it on the door, it would always bump the bottom of the shelf above it when we removed the pitcher from the refrigerator, splashing tea. So we had to move it to the top shelf that has the "pop up" feature to store taller items, only that shelf is a really tight fit. We've made it work, but I just wish there were more options for wide AND tall containers.

The wife and I selected the Frigidaire brand as a quality option to Samsung and LG due to their alliance with Electrolux. We like the larger right door giving access to most of the fridge, we like that the icemaker and dispenser doesn't take all the door/fridge space. We like the middle drawer which and be a freezer or fridge with seperate control. We like the quality of the water and air filter systems.

We replaced a 12 year old GE Profile refrigerator that we had a lot of issues with over the years. It finally "died" and I was not willing to pour anymore money into it (replace the motherboard, the compressor and a sensor over the years). We did a lot of research and looked at a lot of floor models at several places, we kept coming back to this particular model. It had everything we wanted, the price was right and we purchased at Lowes (mostly because they could get it to us the next day and for a very small fee they took the old one away). So far we absolutely love the fridge. Although it's the same cubic feet as the old one, it seems like there's a lot more room. Some of the pros and cons.Pros - Was very easy to 'set up', and the ice and water dispenser is great, the touch technology is very good. The LED lighting is nice and bright, the door storage is more then enough (for us). the ability to set the small 'freezer' section to different temps is really great. The no print stainless is a game changer! We were forever cleaning prints off of the old fridge.We really like the 'auto-door shut' feature. And the led telling you that the door is open (with young grandkids, these are a bigger deal than one might think...).As for the ConsThe ice maker is a little loud, sounds like a jet taking off for about a second or two, but I suppose we'll get use to that in time.The little 'snack section at the bottom of the fridge seem useless. They are to small for most things, not sure what we'll use them for.That's it, overall we're extremely happy with it.

Purchased this fridge at the end of June 2024. Called in our first warranty repair early July. After 3 different repair companies visited to diagnose the issue, we are still without a working freezer. I do have a pile of parts sent by Electrolux, but not a working freezer. Frigidaire has apologized for the inconvenience. At what point is going without a freezer for almost 90 days reasonable? Today was the second no show to replace the pile of parts they sent me. Is it reasonable to expect their service provider to show up when scheduled? My preference at this point would be for them to remove this appliance, issue a refund, and let me move on. Apparently this is not an option.
