Out 1-10. I rate as a 7. No water dispenser. No Freezer light No Deli Bin. Good on storage and Led Lightening in the Refrigerator. This model and size should made in the Gallery series. The only reason why we purchase this model was the Height size it was the only model that fit under out cabinet which Frigidaire needs to take in consideration

For a small footprint (which I needed), its got a surprising amount of space. even in the freezer. The way it organizes is efficient....except I can imagine adding an extra fridge shelf. There seems to be a lack of versatility in how to organize the large door bins....which is a bit unfortunate. And there is one 'accessory' part that came with the bins, etc that I have not understood the purpose of yet. Perhaps there is more versatility in the door bins than I realize but there is a complete absence of directions that might say what options I have with the doors and might explain what the accessory part is for!

This is a great sized refrigerator for 2-3 older people. It is clean and sleek looking, stylish. The lower drawers are a nice addition to the standard drop in deep bin.

This refrigerator is the prefect size refrigerator for our pool house. It has an ice maker which is a must. A water despenser would have been nice but not necessary. The refrigerator cools very nice and shelving is very accommodating for all types of beverages. So far we love this appliance!

This fridge is an upgrade from our 22 year old white fridge. Pros: Very nice looking, very quiet, love the counter depth- I can easily see and reach everything in the fridge (less waste and I don't have to dig into the back), counter depth gives more room in kitchen, love how the fridge lights are flush and gradually, but quickly, come on- feels high end. This fridge is keeping my food fresh for a very long time (berries, etc)- thrilled about that! I LOVE the 3 drawers in freezer- so convenient! See photos: I keep all my frozen berries for smoothies in top drawer, then common items I grab in middle drawer and the rest in bottom. Really smart design. Cons: a little hard to keep the exterior clean looking from hand/fingerprints, no light in freezer (not a huge deal, but such an easy thing they could have included), no cheese drawer (so I bought bins to keep organized), shelves seem a little thinner and more fragile than other fridges, not as much room as full size fridge for condiments (so I buy less which is ok I don't need 10 bottles of salad dressing). Freezer does sometimes make a loud clank when I open, sometimes not. Note: I do not have the ice maker hooked up so I can't comment on that. I know several people that have had leaks from ice lines (in different fridges) and I just can't risk that. My plumber and insurance agent actually said it happens all the time, and just buy bagged ice or use ice trays.

Two year old refrigerator failed. The diagnosis was bad circuit board or boards. We have waited for a month now, and no parts available from Sears. They cannot tell us when these parts will be available. Will probably throw this out and buy new, but NOT a frigidaire

So far I've owned this Refrigerator for two weeks. Replaced the Maytag from 1991 that was in the house i recently purchased. Water connection worked with no leaks. The build quality isn't quite up to a GE and it has kind of squeaky fan. Other than that, it keeps my food cold which is all I need

This refrigerator is slightly bigger than my last refrigerator but it has so much more storage due to the placement of the shelves in the fridge and the shelves in the door. It makes a big difference.

I had no idea I would not be able to fit a large frozen pizza into the freezer. What the heck! Also where is the light in the freezer. Who doesn™™t put a light in the freezer. This was a big mistake to purchase. Don™™t even know if I can still return. It was delivered on Oct 3. Very sad. I tried to shop in store but never had luck getting help.

I needed a fridge that fit under 68™ and this was it! As a tall person, having the freezer on bottom and fridge on top is also a game changer. One comment I have is although it is counter depth, it does stick out somewhat from the counter. I don™™t think they measure the components in the back.

The fridge is working wonderfully. It is quiet! The installers were very efficient, professional, and friendly! They made certain that no damage was done to the floor and carpet during the removal and installation. Everything was done quickly and the installers took time to explain features.

Hi. The only concern I have is with regard to the delivery. The delivery guys did a terrific job of installing the new refrigerator and removing the old one. However ... and perhaps I fell asleep in the barbers chair and should have opened my mouth - it would have been helpful if the installer gave me a tutorial of the how the computer system inside the refrigerator worked ... how to customize. It was a bit intuitive, but nonetheless would have been helpful. Otherwise, the refrigerator is working beautifully.

Looking for a refrigerator with a bottom drawer freezer for my tight space in my kitchen was not easy. This one fit the space and is great looking with plenty of room inside. The freezer has 3 drawers which makes organizing easy! It also has an ice maker that doesn™™t take up much room!
