Since my previously used unit, a Frigidare (model FFRE06L3Q1) had served me well for some 10 years after inheriting it, I decided to replace it with the same brand. Found the model that best suited my needs and since there were none available locally, I ordered online direct. The price was better than any I had discovered at the local home stores. Unit arrived in just a few days, with no shipping charge. Since I already had a platform, in place installation was a breeze. The unit has been in operation now for a little more than a week and performs great. Based on my past experience owning a Frigidaire, I expect to get may years of reliable service from this one. Initially I give it 5 stars, only time will tell if that holds true.

I have found that the Frigidaire A/C I purchased from P.C. Richard is very good. It is easy to use and during a very long hot and humid spell in Queens NY it provided very adequate relief from the temperatures.

Our old ac just wasn't cooling. Our room would be 85 degrees in the afternoon with the outside temp reaching 99 degrees. Installed our new 12,000 btu Frigidaire AC and now we can enjoy a cool room with it set at 74 degrees.

This is my second Frigidaire air conditioner. In fact, I loved my last one so much that I bought the exact same type and model again, this time with fantastic updates like a DRY mode for very humid days and an easy-to-setup Wi-Fi connection which enables me to cool my apartment from anywhere, anytime, before I arrive home. This air conditioner, like my last one, will be used to cool my bedroom. I happen to live in a six-floor walk-up in New York City and sleep in a loft bed, which is only about four feet beneath the roof of the building. As you can imagine, this area can get VERY hot, like an oven, trapping all of the heat that rises up in the building as well as the heat bearing down from the tar roof above. On very hot days, it can be unbearable, and certainly not conducive to a peaceful night's sleep. This is why, even though my bedroom is quite small, I needed a powerful, 12,000 BTU air conditioner like this one. Anything less will simply not get the job done. Now, with my brand-new, beautiful Frigidaire window air conditioner, I can sleep through the night in SUPER cool comfort. Just how I like it! And the remote control is particularly handy for someone like me who sleeps in a loft bed. I can change the temperature, fan speed and modes from above with just the touch of a button. There's not much more I can say about this terrific appliance. I recommend it VERY highly!

Living in the south one of the hottest areas can be the garage. We™™ve dealt with that for years and decided to try a window AC to combat the heat. We are delighted with the Econ setting that runs most efficiently and keeps our 500sf garage between 80-85 degrees even after pulling in a hot vehicle.

I've had this A/C for a few weeks now. It is much larger and bulkier then I thought - it's the biggest one sticking out of the window on my block lol It is also very noisy - luckily it does cool the room quickly and effectively so I actually don't have to keep it on as long as I've had to do with other air conditioners in the past. So far I am okay with my purchase.

This unit is the correct size to cool my cabin. I set it at a certain temperature and it runs as needed. We enjoy the cool air as my air conditioner went out right at the peak of MN heat season. Mine is built in the wall of cabin.

We had company coming and the AC unit we'd purchased in 2005 wasn't keeping up. I did some research and decided the Frigidaire unit was what I needed. Because of the heatwave we were experiencing, there were no units available locally that met our needs. After a search online, going directly to Frigidaire was the answer. Our new unit was delivered as stated, it was easy to install and it worked beautifully. It is heavy, fortunately our son was home to help the Boomers take it to the third floor and install.

A/C works as it is supposed to work. The wings on the left and right that seal the unit are not as good as the ones from 5 years ago, they could do better with those, but the remote is better.

I looked for a while b4 I decided to buy this unit, well I I am very Disappointed I mean I'm on fixed income saved $600 to buy this ac I loved the fact it got an extra hepa filter you got buy Extra $30 but I loved it.. Until we put in window! it keeps 1 room bearable.. this is a real Disappointment.. I'm wanting to take back buy 2 of other brand that has cooled my trailer in the past...So no stars I'm not happy.. I wish I had help I would take it back to store... I'm 65 copd can't lift it by myself had pay someone to put it in..

Bought this on Amazon in 2023 I used it that summer then it was stored away because got central air. Pulled it out this summer and plugged in and it did nothing, would not turn on it was getting power because the plug was lit up and you hear a peep when plugging it in. I reached out to Frigidaire about the issue and they said they could not help over a year. I paid just about $500 for this and used it 3 months and now it™™s useless, I would not buy another one and would not recommend anyone to buy one because 3 months able to use for $500 is a rip off.

I got a new one and it didnt work out of the box. Did a warranty service and found out talking to customer service that could take up to 3-5 business days to get a new one and no emails or anything was sent, and when I asked about that™¦no one had any answers. So I gave a horrible review. Well on the 3rd day they sent an email saying it was on rush and will be delivered the next day. So™¦they made up for it and did very well. It was just the communication that wasn™™t very well. Like they didnt know how to properly respond to warranty for a customer.

We purchased our window unit a few weeks ago and we love it. It has several modes, including dry to reduce humidity and of course economy to reduce cost. I love that the digital display fades out because it makes sleeping so much easier for people like me that require absolute darkness. It™™s relatively quiet, but not really- it™™s a window unit. It has a remote and an app on the phone which I love! You can turn on or off or change modes while you are at work and come home to a perfectly chilled room.
