This refrigerator fits my needs perfectly! The space allotted for a fridge in my kitchen is very tight so this model is exactly what I needed. It rolled right into place completely easily, cooled quickly and has ample room in both compartments for all my items neatly arranged. The color and style are a match for the other appliances too! I chose Frigidaire based on the repair man's advice for quality and an excellent guarantee.

This Frigidaire meet our needs for a basic refrigerator. Actual door handle, glass selves instead of wire ones and large door shelf space. Plus it was energy efficient. It's been almost a month since purchase, and it runs less than our old unit and quiet too. Will it last twenty five years like our old unit? Only time will tell.

If I could give it no stars I would. Completely died after 5 months. Frigidaire has not been helpful with warranty service. Their service provider didn't show and has not called back. Called customer service and they said it is on me to reach the provider.

This is exactly what I needed for my kitchen space. It's working very well. The new technology sounds were a surprise. Glad I read the manual! My only regrets are that it doesn't have a deli drawer or a covered butter area in the door. Not a deal breaker. All in all, I'm happy with my new fridge.

I have been waiting for three weeks for someone to service my refrigerator. Called the day it went out and was informed that a local repair place would contact me to schedule a date and time. No word so I called the repair company they scheduled with and was informed the don't service anything they don't sale. So, I call Frigidaire back to let them know. I was given another repair company and come to find out they don't service them either. So I called back, and they told me it would be 3-5 more business days and was told that if they couldn't find anyone, they would replace the refrigerator. Well, I wait another week and call back only to find out they are STILL trying to find someone to repair it. I have had no refrigerator for three weeks. This is crazy and I am getting nowhere with Customer Service. Frigidaire has lost my business now and in the future.

I bought this fridge because we have almost the identical model in the basement that was bought in 1985 and have never had an issue with it. The new model is very nice, with a modern look to it as well as updated (but not overly electronic-y, if that makes sense). The glass shelves, while not a favorite, are good quality and sturdy, but the door shelves seem a little thin. Functionally, the whole fridge and whole freezer compartments hold a steady temperature, which is very nice as my last fridge, an Amana, froze whatever was in the back of the top refrigerator shelf and the freezer was inconsistent as well. My main complaint is the noise. It™™s not a ™there™™s something wrong™ noise, it™™s just louder than previous units I™™ve owned (including the 1985 model). I™™d have given this fridge 5 stars if it were just™¦quieter™¦because all the other things I™™ve mentioned are really minor. Overall, I™™d buy this unit again and as long as you™™re okay with a little louder running, I™™d recommend it for others.

My recent refrigerator replacement is a part of my overall Frigidaire family of products including oven range, disposal, dishwasher, washer, compactor, chest freezer, and 50 year old dryer. I purchased this on 11/28/2024 and it was delivered on 11/30/2024. The unit died on 12/19/2024 3 weeks after purchase. I was unable to get a reimbursement for the lost food up $250 because I was under manufactures warranty. I called multiple times to have someone come and take this broken unit and was told I have to have it looked at. The customer service department lied to me about when a service person could come out to see stating next day 12/20/2024. The tech called me on 12/20/2024 to let me know that he could not see me until 12/26/2024, after Christmas, because he no availability and that the rep just tells the customer whatever they want to hear to get them off of the phone. I have been without a working brand new fridge since 12/19/2024, had to go out and purchase another unit that is a compact fridge so I could have food. I'm still waiting for reimbursement for that to be approved which is ridiculous; $100. I'm stuck in a loophole because I cannot use a purchased warranty which allows for food replacement and manufacturer's warranty that not does not, for a product that is only 3 WEEKS OLD!!! I'm looking for anyone who can make this right because no customer service rep feels that this a problem.

I recently got a Frigidaire fridge and I have to tell you once i tried the brand I will never go back to Samsung or any of those others brands out there, they would never last a yr before getting one issue or another. Once i tried Frigidaire can™™t say enough I™™m really pleased with it. It has a sleek design, adjustable shelves that make organizing easy, and it™™s quite energy-efficient. Exactly as advertised. Works very well. I used a remote-reading temperature sensor and found that the freezer temperature was 0° ±5°, and the refrigerator at 34° ± 5°, right where it should be.

I bought my fridge when the appliance store up the street was going out of business so I got a good deal. The only issue is the door direction. The bottom screw just will not loosen. It just strips the drive on top of the screw head. I'm stuck with a backwards door for my kitchen configuration, but it doesn't affect the mechanics of the refrigerator
